By commissioning me, you agree to the following conditions:
//Usage for AI, such as training, uploading, etc. is strictly forbidden. Any attempt will basically be ignored (in terms of law, or a block), because I can't control what you do, but a violation will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.
//I cannot, and will not make commercial pieces due to inadequate skill, lack of knowledge, and so on, if you absolutely want my art, for some reason, please PM me for details regarding your project.
//NDA agreements regarding WHO you are are always allowed. Clients can request anonymity.

DELIVERY (TARGET PACKAGE)
//Completed commissions will be delivered digitally via Discord or a private Google Drive/Dropbox/... link. Please download it as soon as you can.
//You will receive:
PNG files, uncompressed. (~300 dpi, size will be discussed.)(NO WATERMARK.)
Alternative versions if asked.
//Delivery timeline: No later than a month will be spent on the commission if it's a single 2d artpiece, turnaround time can range from a few days to three weeks, depending on content. Delays due to personal emergencies or incidents will be communicated as soon as possible.
//Adjustments can only be made during the sketch and color-drafting phase, PLEASE adjust to your liking for a more satisfactory output.
//You may set a deadline; however, I will only agree to the deadline if it's not too short, and I am comfortable with it. The deadline may be discussed before payment.
//Once the final file is delivered and approved, no further changes will be made unless paid as a new revision commission.
//I will try to post progress as much as possible. Please don't DM daily for updates, I'll share WIPs when I can.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE (ANCHORAGE)
//I retain copyright of all of my artworks. I reserve the right to watermark (or sign) my work for (my own, not yours) public use, but YOU will still receive the unwatermarked version and can use it for public use if you credit me.
//I retain copyright over my work for use in self-promotion, redistribution, reproduction, etc.
//You are not allowed to fake ownership of the artwork even if you commissioned it, or trace it, or feed it to AI, or do anything that involves you thinking "Hm, I can't possibly be an asshole, right?"
//I plan to post the commission on socials, NDA agreements only apply to WHO you are and not WHAT you commissioned unless negotiated.
//In the case of character design: this is YOUR design, I have simply manifested it into digital art, credits apply, but within the realm of practicality: the reference sheet or whatever is YOURS. (You can post it publicly, but you must credit me. Copyright still applies.)

How to order.

DF: You have contacted me for a commission, you are actively sending me references and guidelines.
M: I have finished the sketch, you have completed the payment, you may actively revise if necessary
F: Finishing.

//Prices start at literally a dollar, and the max is on the sheet

However, if you deem my art to be of higher quality, you can choose a much more generous option due to Ko-fi's amazing feature of selecting your own prices.

I mainly use PayPal, but VN clients can request NAPAS/Direct Transfer :)))
//Deposits are 100% negotiable 50% if uncertain, once the sketch has been completed with no further revisions. Full payment for the latter option is usually due when the final art has been previewed and approved. (before delivery.)
//Fees and Currency issues will be negligible, unless I am absolutely in an emergency, in which case there will be a +2 dollar markup to account for fees.
//Addon prices will be negotiated, but ultimately decided by me.
